2. Pack item(s) with original tags still attached send to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your details and reason for return (eg. change of mind) in your package, along with the item(s) you are returning.

• We offer a refund or an optional credit note within 14 days of receiving your return order. Any items posted after this time may be denied. 


• Items must be returned in their original condition including all tags still attached.


• Once MADE FOR A GODDESS has received your package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

• Where possible all refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an alternative refund tender will be offered.


• Our Returns & Exchange Policy is in addition to any rights and/or guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.


*Please note that the return postage and associated shipping costs for returned items are at the full cost of the customer. Proof of recipt from Australian Post will be provided if nessecary.

For example, if an item was shipped within Australia using the Free Shipping offer, a refund or store credit will be issued for the item amount minus the full postal charges to cover the associated shipping fee.


**MADE FOR A GODDESS reserves the right to deny a return if the items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. Any soiled or damaged item(s) will be returned to sender at the sender's expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item(s) is not suitable for a refund or store credit.


***Return Shipping is at the cost of the customers and is non-refundable. 


We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as MADE FOR A GODDESS cannot issue a refund or store credit on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.



Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item(s), you are required to place a new order.



Due to the fast turnover of stock we are unable to hold items.
