• We offer a store credit within 14 days of receiving your return order. Any items posted after this time may be denied.
• Items must be returned in their original condition including all tags still attached.
• Once MADE FOR A GODDESS has received your package, all returned items will be inspected before a store credit is issued.
• Our Returns & Exchange Policy is in addition to any rights and/or guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
*Please note that the return postage and associated shipping costs for returned items are at the cost of the customer.
Customer to cover all associated shipping costs if item is returned for change of mind.
For example, if an item was shipped within Australia using the Free Shipping offer, a store credit will be issued for the item amount minus $10 to cover the associated shipping fee.
**MADE FOR A GODDESS reserves the right to deny a return if the items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. Any soiled or damaged item(s) will be returned to sender at the sender's expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item(s) is not suitable for a store credit.
***Return Shipping is at the cost of the customers and is non-refundable.
We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as MADE FOR A GODDESS cannot issue a credit on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item(s), you are required to place a new order.
All SALE items cannot be returned for store credit, refund or exchange.
Due to the fast turnover of stock we are unable to hold items.
